Private Pairing

DSC_5097Enjoy a variety of food and wine pairings presented by David Barber, the Vice President of the Atlantic Seaboard Wine Association. Please sit back, relax, and enjoy while entertaining your taste buds with gourmet food provided by the Grapevine Greek & Italian Restaurant.  The Private Food and Wine Pairing is held Saturday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. and Sunday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

 

2015 Private Food & Wine Pairing Menu

Appetizer
Spanakopita — Phyllo dough stuffed with spinach and feta

Salad
Caprese salad — Fresh mozzarella and tomatoes topped with basil and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette

Entrée
Marinated grilled chicken kabob with green peppers, onions and mushrooms, served with a side of ziti marinara

Vegetarian Entrée option
Ziti with marinara topped with green peppers, onions and mushrooms

Dessert
Toasted almond ladyfingers soaked in amaretto, layered with mascarpone cheese and topped with crumbled Italian cookies and almonds
